Positives:  Beautiful Location. I believe they include the table and chairs with rental.  I did not deal with the rental or the event coordinator at this location

our client was a student of the University and dealt with the coordinator.. I did meet her and she seemed very nice and easy to work with.

The ceiling was very nice and they had a descent sound system. Chairs are the standard banquet chair. There is a beautiful stair case just inside the room.

And also there is a beautiful rotunda area -- this would be very nice for a small wedding of 25-50 outside - yet still covered for the ceremony

There were also several beautiful places outside for pictures.

This bride combined her ceremony and reception at Bairds chapel.. and when the ceremony was over

we changed the room into a reception.. worked wonderfully!

 Drawbacks:

                 The biggest drawback here is - no kitchen - Not a place to store our items... but they did block off a hallway for the makeshift room

But there still was not a water source - except the bathroom for the "kitchen" -- We will charge a 15% additional fee of your catering package to do basic catering cleanup. - 30% of catering package if chinaware is used and needs to be washed. - Highly recommend disposable plating.

We did a full dinner catering setup here.. and it turned out fine. Just be aware of the additional fee due to the no kitchen.

Beautiful location for bridal portraits.

   We did a Ceremony and Reception (150 guests) where we did the ceremony in half

and then opened up a movable wall and immediately guests were also part of the reception.

If you had a smaller wedding guest count - you could do an outside wedding on the porch area beside the lake

and reception inside.   I believe they provide the tables (rectangle) and chairs
