Cost for the Wedding / Workshop Combination
$800 (Same as regular workshops)
$400 - For Previous Attendees
$650 - Early Bird Discount By Jan 15th 2010

We've had a lot of requests from our workshop attendees to combine a workshop with a real wedding. We have now
come across a wonderful bride that has booked with us for March at the location that we normally do the workshop.. She has ok'ed for us to
also use her wedding as a training tool also..

 

The Design for the Wedding for March will be unlike any design on our website! Its a super great opportunity if you've
wanted to work with us to see "How its Done.. In Real Life!"

From 3:00 - 4:00 we will be talking about coordinating events..
Friday Evening at 7:00 will the be actual brides rehearsal and for those that want to coordinate we will be teaching and training
and you will be a part of the actual coordinating of this wedding.


Saturday from 11:00 till ending of entire event -- Possible 11:00 or Midnight.. or later..
Make sure everything is in its place.
Get the Catering Dishes prepared and ready
Get the candles ready and have all the tools to make sure candles are lit on time
Coordinate with the DJ
Make sure the petals are down / Ceremony back aisle is blocked off.
Go over entire plan for who's doing what and where for the entire event
Go over cleanup plan
Coordinate with Photographer and Videographer for the day
Make the Day Spectacular!!!

Attire Recommendations
During the Workshop - Wear Super Comfortable Clothes.. we are not trying to impress each other..we are learning to impress the bride.
Wear Comfortable Clothes.. Acrylic Fingernails are beautiful but sometimes they get in the way while your working.. just fyi..

For the rehearsal - Professional Wear - Make sure if you bend over you cant see the moon..  :-)

For the Wedding Day Attire
If you are in the coordinating section - you will need to wear a black suit with any type or color of shirt underneath - You might want to bring
comfortable shoes and then your pretty shoes for right before the ceremony.

If you are not coordinating but part of the wedding crew - all black - comfortable shoes again.

Again bring another comfortable outfit to change into for after the wedding.. You will be learning the correct way to take down the wedding also.
This is just as important as setting it up.

-You will be getting a draping design book with your registration.
-Lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday
- We will try to have in ear monitoring for entire crew
