Workshop and Wedding Combination

Thurs and Fri June 24th and 25th 2010 - $350 Early Bird Special

We've got another great opportunity to learn and watch how we create a actual wedding.. and we teach you as we go..

This one is going to be a one day workshop/setup training day and the 2nd day is the actual wedding and takedown
$350 for early bird special if you register before April 5th 2010 - $500 Regular Workshop fee

So let me tell you a little more on what to expect at this one..
Its a small wedding for approx 60 guests at a different location than we normally do the workshops

Our Plans and What you will be learning
In the Gazebo will will start off with setting up a ceremony for 60 guests and then it will be switched over to a Reception.

For the Gazebo we will be doing a drape from the ceiling with a silk flower arrangement in the center
We always tell everyone at the workshops every ceiling you go to is different.. this is one of the ones .. you will be seeing in action
how we figure out how to hang the ceiling.. and as you can see in the above picture.. this ceiling.. is not going to be the easiest to hang from.

The Ceremony will have black chivarri chairs and ties and flowers on each chair.
The aisle will have large arrangements going down the aisle
and a design will be creating with fresh petals


After the Ceremony is over we will transport the aisle flower arrangements (see actual arrangement above) to the centerpieces of the tables

The Catering Area will be draped to the ceiling and the ceiling will have a custom design light shining on the ceiling
Cake Table and Catering Tables will both be decorated and draped.


What to wear and time schedule
On Thursday we will start at the location at 10:00 - We will unload the decor needed.. and as each thing is setup I will teach you and let you do hands on yourself.
This will take more time to teach.. so we wont have an end time for thursday.. It will be when we are done.
There will be a lunch break (lunch will not be provided... lots of restaurants in the area)
Thursday night at 7:00 will be the rehearsal - You are not required to come to this - but if you are interested in learning and seeing how to coordinate I will teach you.
and you can watch it in action.

Friday we will finish setting up the Ceremony with the chivarri chairs and do the fresh flower bouquets - starting at 10:00


The Evening will be over once the Wedding in over and done.

We will also be coordinating the entire event..and you will be hooked up to our walky talky system so you can see and hear whats going on.


For Thursday.. wear comfortable clothes and shoes.. it could be hot.. dont worry about being pretty. :-)

Saturday.. please dress and look professional .  Our crew will normally wear all black for the wedding.. and black sketchers or black tenny shoes are acceptable

You will be allowed to dance and have a good time during the Reception..

And on Saturday.. since there will be no wedding.. we could all meet up for lunch and talk about the event.. and answer any questions..
