Ceremony and Reception at Fresh Vision Church
This was the first time we switched around the rooms normally used for weddings.. The Children's Church we turned into a Ceremony.

This is the Before and After - And YES this is the same church!!! Amazing isn't it, what draping can do!
We used approx 500 yards of poly-sateen fabric to create the magazine look for the Ceremony
The Ceremony seated 100 Guests.
The Aisle Design was created using our 60,000 silk white and ivory mix petals

Rikki's Bouquet was silk purple hydrangeas, latex plum calla lilies and latex white orchids.
The bridesmaids carried a dozen white latex callas
Very Beautiful and looked very realistic!

The sanctuary part of the location we turned into the reception area! 150 guests seated with catering and a large dance floor was the max we could fit in here.
Turned out gorgeous! We had 14 sections of drapery around the room with dark plum satin curtained backdrops with purple uplighting
A purple rose gobo design on the ceiling.
The floor design was supposed to be a little bigger but it was attached to the truss right above it.. But it was their last initial C

We used a combination of large centerpieces in where we used real greenery with silk white hydrangeas and hanging jewels on 8 of the tables
and the remaining 7 tables had the glass cylinder with the latex orchid with a light base shining into the vase.
The lighting under the vase created a nice glow on the alternate tables. and we had little pin lights shining on the larger flower arrangements.

The Catering Table Setup - 2 Meats, 4 Vegetables, Rolls and Sweet Tea - $10 per guests - Super Great Deal and TASTED GREAT!

The Chuptagon was created using 100 yards of plum satin and accented with the gold iridescent and white hanging hand sewn latex orchids
My new favorite linen - the scrunched up look - So Elegant and Stunning linen that the cake was on! Plum Satin to match the chuptagon
The Cake only fed 88 people but they purchased a couple other cakes on the side to feed the remaining guests.. we decorated for the groom..

He brought in all these little hunting things.. and we decorated the extra cakes as hunting cakes.

Cutting the Cake - After Smashing the Cake in each others faces.. the nice kiss.

My favorite part of the evening was my new lighting system that we got... where we changed and control the lighting all by computer...
Soooooo when they went to their first dance... automatically all the room turned dark blue and I had a dry ice machine start to put " the cloud" on the floor
It was the most romantic first dance I've ever seen... it was really like they were dancing on a cloud... Everyones breath was just taken away!
It was pretty spectacular

They had a ball throughout the night!
Of course our DJ had everything to do with that! GO DAVID!

It was a magazine - platinum wedding if I've ever seen one!

Testimony from the mom of the bride:
As we walked into the chapel, Rikki's aunt leaned over to me and whispered, "I think this is exactly what Heaven will look like!"
I couldn't have agreed more!  What a beautiful setting for two young people to begin their lives together.  You created my baby's dream wedding.

Rikki's sincere comment to me after her engagement announcement was, "I'd rather have less for the wedding, and not be so stressed about all the details so I can just walk in and enjoy everything."  So began the frantic online search for a wedding planner which she found in Smyrna, TN.  After meeting and talking with Wendy the first time, we signed the contract, went out to our car and thanked God for leading us to such a special person. She was so energetic and kind that she just swallowed hard when we told her a date two months away with no venues, caterers, etc.  She simply smiled and said, "How about this, this, and this???" We replied, "Yes, yes, yes."

Wendy's love for what she does shows in every detail -including spending three hours on her hands and knees creating the perfect rose pedal design for the bride's most important walk.  The pictures definitely can do more to describe the beauty Wendy creates, but I can truthfully say that it just took my breath away.

The day truly has left me wishing I had another daughter to place in Wendy's care to experience all the joy and happiness she brought to Rikki's special day.  Thank you, Wendy.  You'll always be one of the miracles we know God sent into our lives.
