We really have enjoyed working with the Musicians Hall of Fame downtown Nashville. We had done a wedding there a few months ago.. and this was a completely different setup.. loved it!
The bride had wanted something a little more simple.. The lighting..... have a fun party / club atmosphere for later...
We started with a Ceremony setup in the Reception Hall. I loved the look.. the wooden columns are very unique and beautiful... I wish it could have been a little darker... but the bright colors
were very pretty.. Sound was an issue... but I think if you will practice with the exact sound equipment at the rehearsal... the mix should be no problem..
Also I would highly suggest you rent the music rooms for dressing rooms.. because if you don't there is not really an open place to get ready at.. I think that was all we observed from the Ceremony area...
We did a chuppah with brightly colored flowers at all 4 corners... a custom painted aisle runner with their new initials. with a hot mix of hot pink and orange petals... Also at the entry where the bride was entering we creating a drape with lights underneath...

The Brides Bouquet was a mixture of fresh flowers.. mauve callas, hot pink roses, electric blue hydrangeas, purple freesia, fushia(purple) orchids and bright green roses and green orchids... loved the mixture!

Bridesmaids bouquets.. were silk blue hydrangeas with latex orchids and latex white callas..
The Reception was held in the Performance Hall..
We had a dance floor area with benches and their initials shining on the dance area..

The Guest Tables had Navy blue striped linens with giant bubble bowls with silk flowers inside and a light illuminating it! (This can only show up well in dark rooms.. )(It was dark inside)
Silver chivarri chairs -- Simple and Stunning.. The blue uplighting on the beige walls... added a whole new feel to the room.. and provided a little more light

The Catering area was a wall that was covered with soft lighting added...

The cake .... SOOO COOOL -- This was one of our original cakes... and cake designs..
Casie liked the embossing of flowers on the cake...and the unique look of the K separating the layers..
She also has 2 dogs that she adored...and those were just hanging out at the K... soooo cute! And of course tasted incredible.
We used a lot of high end fresh flowers.. to add another wow factor to the bottom of the cake.. and spotlighted the whole setup.. Beautiful!

In the front area of the Performance Hall... was the bar area... which we brought in some seating.. and cocktail tables... and an ice sculpture with a slide to do shots off of...
Some blue lighting.. which showed up better as it got darker.. was a hang out place by the end of the night!

The ice sculpture was a rendering of the stratosphere were Casie was proposed to... there was a slider to the side.. to have shots by.. Fun Fun Fun!
The Bride sent our coordinator a text later on... the next day... "Thank you for the best night of our lives!"
