The Heritage Room and Jamison Hall at the factory.

This wedding was a little smaller than the previous ones we had done at Jamison.. which called for a completely different setup.. which of course you know we love to do different..

The Ceremony had approx 100 guests and was held in the Heritage Room.. off of the Liberty Hall..

The Heritage Room.. the only thing that drives me crazy is the iron work piece at the back of the wall is not centered with the room.. chandeliers.. but they don't allow you take this off the wall... so we centered the setup with the iron work and it turned out fine... If you wanted to used backdrops and create your own back wall.. this would also work and you could center with the chandeliers

The reason we chose not to do the reception in the Liberty Hall.. was this wedding was held on a Sunday and they do

have church in Liberty Hall on Sundays.. and we would not have been able to decorate the day before.. or even earlier that Sunday morning would have been impossible.. so we went with Jamison Hall for that reason.. which worked out perfect.

We wanted to use on the middle space of  Jamsion for the guests.. the right hand side was only for catering.. and we did the tunnel on the left side from the entry.. to use the space there.. the guests loved the tunnel!

As the guests came in, there was a placecard table. Now the only problem I find with place cards and the reason I normally

dont use them.. is because you always end up with people there that you did not write on a placecard... and it becomes a little akward trying to seat those guests.. after a little bit we decided (with the brides ok) to ditch the placecards.. even though they do look cool .. sometimes not practical.

We do use the custom intials a lot.. but this is a little expensive.. and to save a little money.. but still have it (for a least a little while) we created an initial out of thousands of petals... now this only lasts as the guests are coming in until the first dance... but I like it.. for the first impressions..

Alisons Bouquet was a teardrop shape with roses, and mums - smaller version for the bridesmaids.

Alison purchased her own cake and we surrounded the bottom of the cake table with thousands of red, yellow and orange petals... and fresh flowers around the silver cake plateau .. if front of  a lit backdrop..

Another beautiful wedding at The Factory! - Alex Coordinated and did a great job!
